A first look at Quakerism - 7pm via Zoom
If you are new to Quakers you might be interested in this event hosted by Woodbrooke ( Quaker learning and resources site ). You can find out more and register here: A first look at Quakerism
This session is designed for those who are completely new to the Quaker faith and is suitable for anyone curious about Quakerism. It offers a brief and basic introduction to Quakerism and there will be time for questions and reflections. It's a "Pay as Led" event so free or by donation.

4th July 2026 - Afternoon Tea and Open day
On 4th July we opened the Meeting House and Quiet Garden to friends and visitors and shared a lovely Afternoon Tea. We often hear visitors say " I've walked past here so many times and never knew what was beyond the gate". About 25 people came for the first time and the weather was warm (cool!) enough to sit in the garden.
Mid July 2026 - FIlming in the Meeting House
Our Meeting House was recently used as a film location for a TV series about the Cadbury Family. These photos show what the Meeting room usually looks like and how it was stripped back to basics for the filming.
31st July 2026 - Outing to Vale Head Farm
Stourbridge Quakers is a 'Meeting of Sanctuary' and we support a small number of people seeking Asylum. On 31st July we had an outing to Vale Head Farm in Kinver. We had 9 sanctuary friends join us for an extensive tour of the farm. The children fed the animals, collected freshly laid eggs, and we all picked tomatoes for lunch afterwards. We were made very welcome by Tom and the team who are part of the Ruskin Mill Land Trust
Heritage Open Days 12th & 13th September 2026
In September 2026, as part of Heritage Open Days, the Meeting House and garden was open visitors. As well as tours, there was Afternoon Tea and refreshments for everyone.
In addition, on Sunday there was an illustrated talk by Kayleigh Davies who is a local Auction specialist and Antiques expert. She gave us a whistle stop tour of design fromthe 19th Century to today
